Isaiah 53:1 KJV 1900
Who hath believed our report? And to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed?
Isaiah 53:2 KJV 1900
For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, And as a root out of a dry ground: He hath no form nor comeliness; And when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him.
Isaiah 53:3 KJV 1900
He is despised and rejected of men; A man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: And we hid as it were our faces from him; He was despised, and we esteemed him not.
Isaiah 53:4 KJV 1900
Surely he hath borne our griefs, And carried our sorrows: Yet we did esteem him stricken, Smitten of God, and afflicted.
Isaiah 53:5 KJV 1900
But he was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities: The chastisement of our peace was upon him; And with his stripes we are healed.
Introduction.
Sickness is of the devil. God does not want you to be sick, He may allow it for your good, but it is not in His perfect will.
All sickness is of the devil. You can’t pin that on God. See? It’s of the devil.     53-0216 - My Angel Shall Go Before Thee
All healing comes from God.
Psalm 103:1 KJV 1900
Bless the Lord, O my soul: And all that is within me, bless his holy name.
Psalm 103:2 KJV 1900
Bless the Lord, O my soul, And forget not all his benefits:
Psalm 103:3 KJV 1900
Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; Who healeth all thy diseases;
34 I want you to notice something. How could anybody ever think that Satan, or any doctor, or any preacher, or any chiropractor, or anyone else could have anything to do with healing. All healing is Divine healing. Could you imagine me breaking my arm, and go, and tell the doctor, “Heal my arm right quick. I must finish my work.” Why, he’d say, “You need mental healing, Mr. Branham.” He’d say, “I can set your arm.”
“Doctor, I have cut my hand. I can’t work with that hand like that. Would you heal it right quick, because I am mixing up some stuff out here? I must finish right quick. I need my hand.” Why he’d say, “Mr. Branham, I cannot heal your hand.”
Certainly not. The Bible doesn’t contradict Itself. Psalms 103:3 said, “I am the Lord Who heals all your diseases.” But what he does, he could just keep it clean. What he could do is set the arm. And that’s his duty. That’s what he’s studied, the anatomy. He works on that and different medicines to poison the bug. Just like putting out rat poison on your farm. It puts…And it kills the bugs, while God does the healing.
35 See, medicine does not develop cells; for medicine has not life in it. But only life can develop cells. And God is Life. Life cannot come by Satan, ’cause if he could then Satan is a creator. And if Satan is a creator, then what are we at? Satan cannot create. Satan can only pervert that which has been created. 57-0114 - The Infallible Proof Of The Resurrection
Sickness came by the fall, therefore when the effects of the fall are reversed, healing is available.
We live in a triune body.
As a Christian your soul is redeemed, but you still have your flesh to deal with, which is the five senses of the body and the five senses of the spirit.
We have been redeemed, we are being redeemed, we will be redeemed.
Ephesians 1 tells us who we are.
Ephesians 1:3 KJV 1900
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:
Ephesians 1:4 KJV 1900
According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:
Ephesians 1:5 KJV 1900
Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,
Ephesians 1:6 KJV 1900
To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.
Ephesians 1:7 KJV 1900
In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;
Ephesians 1:8 KJV 1900
Wherein he hath abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence;
Ephesians 1:9 KJV 1900
Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself:
Ephesians 1:10 KJV 1900
That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him:
Ephesians 1:11 KJV 1900
In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:
Ephesians 1:12 KJV 1900
That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ.
Ephesians 1:13 KJV 1900
In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,
Ephesians 1:14 KJV 1900
Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.
There is coming a full redemption, nothing can stop that.
The same blood that paid for your salvation paid for your healing. It’s a finished work, and you access it the same way, by faith.
Romans 5:2 KJV 1900
By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
32 Notice, but He said, “Well, Brother Branham, if there was Divine healing was included in the atonement, it would be so killed till there wouldn’t even be any pain.” I said, “Is there temptation?” He said, “Yes.”
I said, “Then there’s pain.” See? Temptation…“If the atonement killed sin so bad, there’s no more temptation then. But it’s by faith you overcome your temptation. It’s by faith you overcome your pain. It’s in the atonement.” 53-0606 - An Ensign
A miracle took place in your soul when you received the Holy Ghost, but you are still believing for the miracle in your flesh.
1 Corinthians 15:50 KJV 1900
Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
1 Corinthians 15:51 KJV 1900
Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
1 Corinthians 15:52 KJV 1900
In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
1 Corinthians 15:53 KJV 1900
For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
1 Corinthians 15:54 KJV 1900
So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.
The sting has been taken away, but one day the flesh will be changed.
You receive your healing by faith alone.
Now, I believe that healing is in the atonement, that it was included when Isaiah said, “He was wounded for our transgressions, with His stripes we were healed.” When Jesus died at Calvary, He saved every sinner that ever was. But it will never do you no good, until you personally accept it as your personal Saviour.
And He healed every sick person that would ever be sick. But it’ll never do you no good until you accept it as your own personal property. “He was wounded for our transgressions; with His stripes we were healed.” It’s all past tense. All God can do for you He’s already did when He, Jesus died for—to reconcile sinners and back to Christ at Calvary.
6 Now, that’s the Gospel, friends, as clear as I know it. Now, it’s the individual. Now, maybe say, “Well, what’s the use in preaching?” That’s what a minister’s for. God sent preachers to preach the Word. When you hear It, search it, see it’s the truth, accept it. Now, the preacher doesn’t save you. His message doesn’t save you. Your personal faith in a risen Lord Jesus is what saves you.
No matter how much you’d cry. How loud you would holler. How much you would take on. It’ll never save you until you believe it with all your heart, and stand up, and confess it. For He’s the High Priest of our confession, Hebrews 3, or what we confess He’s the High Priest to make intercessions upon what we confess is the truth.
Anything that was included in the atonement is the personal property of every believer. When a man gets saved or a women, boy, or girl, God gives them a checkbook, as it was, with Jesus’ Name at the bottom of every check for anything redemptive blessing that Jesus died for. It’s your personal property. Don’t be afraid to fill it out. The Bank of Heaven will recognize it.
Jesus said, “Whatsoever things you desire when you pray, believe you receive it. Whatever you ask the Father in My Name that I will do,” the unlimited unsearchable riches of Jesus Christ in that promise. 55-0603 - Jesus Christ The Same Yesterday, Today, And Forever
Hebrews 3:1 KJV 1900
Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus;

ὁμολογία, a confession (the act rather than the contents or substance) of faith in Christ

How do you receive your healing?
Hearing
Romans 10:14 KJV 1900
How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?
Romans 10:17 KJV 1900
So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
17 So faith then is by a report, but the report by God’s word.- Darby
Whose report will you believe?
The Word says you are healed, the doctor says you will die, who will you believe?
Ten of the twelve spies brought an evil report of the land.
Numbers 13:30 KJV 1900
And Caleb stilled the people before Moses, and said, Let us go up at once, and possess it; for we are well able to overcome it.
Numbers 13:31 KJV 1900
But the men that went up with him said, We be not able to go up against the people; for they are stronger than we.
Numbers 13:32 KJV 1900
And they brought up an evil report of the land which they had searched unto the children of Israel, saying, The land, through which we have gone to search it, is a land that eateth up the inhabitants thereof; and all the people that we saw in it are men of a great stature.
Numbers 13:33 KJV 1900
And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight.
Numbers 14:1 KJV 1900
And all the congregation lifted up their voice, and cried; and the people wept that night.
Numbers 14:2 KJV 1900
And all the children of Israel murmured against Moses and against Aaron: and the whole congregation said unto them, Would God that we had died in the land of Egypt! or would God we had died in this wilderness!
They believed the wrong report. It matters who you are listening to. Quit listening to the ten spies in media or the church.
Numbers 14:36 KJV 1900
And the men, which Moses sent to search the land, who returned, and made all the congregation to murmur against him, by bringing up a slander upon the land,
Numbers 14:37 KJV 1900
Even those men that did bring up the evil report upon the land, died by the plague before the Lord.
Numbers 14:38 KJV 1900
But Joshua the son of Nun, and Caleb the son of Jephunneh, which were of the men that went to search the land, lived still.
Death by one report, life by another.
“Oh, the walls is high. That’s true, they’re a walled up people and they’re so big till we look like grasshoppers by them. That’s true.” But you see, ten of them were theologians. They were looking at what they could see intellectually.
But Caleb and Joshua was looking to God’s promise. God said, “I’ve already give it to you; go take it.” Hallelujah.
64 That’s what’s the matter with people tonight in Divine healing and everything. It’s yours, go take it. Hallelujah. God promised you to walk, brethren, you believe it? You have to take it. God promised you life, brother, do you believe it? Take it. God promised you joy, brother, do you believe it? Take it. God said, “I will give it to you. It’s yours.” 55-1007 - The Power Of Decision
2. Recognizing
You’ve got to recognize that the report is true, and that it is for you.
Who do YOU say that I am? Peter answered like a man speaking in tongues, “Thou art the Christ”.
Who I am doesn’t matter, what I’ve done doesn’t matter, if I have the faith the promise is for me.
Mark 9:23 KJV 1900
Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.
Mark 9:24 KJV 1900
And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief.
149 Now, look, the Word has to be inspired; hearing It, recognizing It, and acting upon It. Many people will hear, but won’t recognize It. God will say, “This is the hour for you.”
150 “I wouldn’t be a holy-roller. I don’t want none of That.” See, they don’t recognize It. 60-0221 - Hearing, Recognizing, Acting On The Word Of God
See, you must realize then, friend, what condition you’re in. ...If you been called from light…from darkness unto Light, from death unto Life; from a formal, intellectual conception of Christ, to a born-again experience; and watching your life, that it lays the things of the world aside, and you stand for Christ, regardless; then something’s happened. See?
There’s something in you, hungering and moving, like it was Jacob. See, you wrestle with the Lord, you walk different after that. Something is different in you, you’ve changed.     60-0221 - Hearing, Recognizing, Acting On The Word Of God
159 Now, see, it has to be quickened to you.
160 I couldn’t imagine Noah saying, “You know what? It just must be it might rain someday, so I’ll just go out and build me an ark. If it rains, well, I’ll get in the ark and move right away. And nothing will bother me, because I’m going to get in the ark and move away.” Could you imagine? No. No. That wasn’t it.
If that had been it…Oh, may the Elected hear it now. If that would have been it, the first scoffer come by, as the Bible said there was, scoffed at him, he would have laid his hammer down and walked away. 60-0221 - Hearing, Recognizing, Acting On The Word Of God
Moses had to forget his intellectual training to recognize God’s Word.
170 Moses recognized it; it was Scriptural, it was a promise. He heard, he recognized. Something come in him, brother, he could go do it then. He acted. He could go down and stop every Pharaoh. He could call plagues when he wanted to. He could open a Red Sea, because he had heard, he had recognized, he was acting in God’s stead.     60-0221 - Hearing, Recognizing, Acting On The Word Of God
3. Acting
Now you must act.
Now it wouldn’t be right for God to go and dish all the things out. He give them the land; they’ve got to do the housecleaning. Amen. It’s yours, but He ain’t going to come poke it down your neck. You’ve got to take the land yourself. He give it to you and it’s yours; rise and possess it. Hallelujah. It’s your choice.
If you want to murmur like the other ten did, you’ll wander in the wilderness a long time longer, till tomorrow night still sick. But if you’re ready to take it tonight, it’s yours. What kind of a choice you going to make? I will take Jesus and His promise, and tell the devil he’s a liar. Amen.
65 God said, “These signs shall follow them that believe; lay hands on the sick, they shall recover.”
“It’s a good land,” said Joshua. “It’s a wonderful land.” Joshua, you and Caleb, aren’t you glad that this is a wonderful land? I am. Amen. Joshua and Caleb brought back some initial evidence that they’d been over there somewhere.
I’m so glad tonight that we’ve got witnesses in the Church tonight, that’s been somewhere, that’s got something, that’s come back with the evidence that the Holy Ghost is just the same tonight as It was the day It fell on Pentecost. Hallelujah.
Make your choice. Are you going to stand with the theologian that says, “Well, we just can’t take it. We come through the Wesley age; we come through this, but we can never stand another fanaticism; we could never stand it.”
Away with such stuff. God said Jesus rose from the dead. He’s the same yesterday, today and forever. We can take it; it’s ours; we’re able. Glory. Hallelujah. What we need tonight is do it. Hallelujah. It’s yours. The promise is unto you, and to your children, and them in Chicago, and as many as the Lord our God shall call.
Freedom of choice. To me He’s the same. To me He will keep His promise. To me He was wounded for my transgression; He was bruised for my iniquity. The chastisement of my peace was upon Him. With His stripes I’m healed. Hallelujah. 55-1007 - The Power Of Decision
Your faith will cause you to act.
Mary and Martha had to roll away the stone.
The blind man had to find his way to the Pool of Siloam and wash away the clay.
If God can prove Hisself here to be God, and what has confirmed what I’ve said to be the truth, then believe God. Then act upon your faith, and put your faith as living action, and God will go to work on you right there, and will make you well.     50-0100 - Diseases And Afflictions
James 5:14 KJV 1900
Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:
James 5:15 KJV 1900
And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.
Now, how do you get saved? Let’s take it in a childlike form where every believer, no matter if you’re—what church you belong to. And your pastor, if he’s a right man, he will tell you that—that you can only be saved through faith, not through works, through faith. Now, you believe that He saved you.
Now, first thing, that comes from the heart. You believe it. Then you walk up and confess it. Say, “I accept Jesus as my personal Saviour. I believe He saved me.” There’s not a physical thing in the world that you could prove that you’re saved. Your eyes are the same color, got the same shirt on you had on. Go outside and the old gang says, “They ain’t nothing to that.” But you believe there’s something to it, don’t you?
Now, how…What if you say, “Well I’m going to see how it works out.” It’ll never work out until you keep your testimony going.
You believe you’re saved. You act like you’re saved. You say you’re saved. And you associate with those that are saved, and it works salvation. Is that right? And the same thing will take place by Divine healing. You believe you’re healed. You act like He healed you.
You say you’re healed. And He’s a High Priest of your confession to make good anything that you confess that He’s done before—fore the Father. There it is.
22 I’ve seen sarcomas cancer…And brother, the kings and rulers of the nations and earth won’t call for fanaticism. You know that. But it’s the truth as I’m standing here. It’s God’s Eternal truth. When you believe it, and act upon your faith, God will bring it to pass. 51-0717 - The Manifestation Of The Spirit
Conclusion.
Healing is here, I believe it.
